Shantel is probably one of the worst workers there. Very rude and does not know how to communicate. She needs to work from home where she does not have to deal with many people.

I make deliveries here daily and they seem to keep the place well kept, the staff seem nice and the vets are always in good spirits.

The staff was very limited. The phone wait time was a little over 10 min. But once connected every question was answered in a very helpful manner.

Security is tight here and the facility our nice and clean and the homes our very well put together really giving a place like home ...

ASVH is like nothing else available for my Veteran husband, Dan, who's debilitating stroke left him unable to walk and needed more care than I could provide at home. Count yourself very lucky if your loved one gets a bed here. The staff, food, therapy, and environment is incomparable to nursing homes.
