ARK at St. Camillus has proven itself to be an outstanding facility. I moved my cousin here in January for short-term rehab and she is continuing now to staty as a long-term resident. The care and attention the St. Camillus staff have shown her during her stay has been exceptional! The staff is dedicated to the residents and very caring. The nurses, Zara, Winsome, Barbie and Balfour, are focused and very helpful; The PT and OT staff, Julia, Diego, Aisha and Joycelyn work with my cousin patiently and caressingly to help her get her mobility and stamina back. Florie in Laundry ensures my cousin's clothes are promptly cleaned and returned. The administrator and social worker, Jasmine and Erica, are team players, always looking out for the residents' best interests and on top of all issues that may arise. Thank you very much, St. Camillus for rendering great care and attention to my cousin!

Absolutely disgraceful . My father passed away, quite suddenly, while in their care over a month ago. He prepaid a month stay, and passed after only 2 days there. Julia, the administrator, who I was told is the one to assist me, has ignored multiple phones calls and voicemails from me in the last couple weeks. It has also been confirmed to me multiple times that she has been physically in the office. My calls are regarding being issued a refund. Not much more for me to say here, this situation speaks volumes for itself. Whether this is a poor choice on a bad hire, or a true indication of the facility culture, I would recommend sending someone you love somewhere else.

Just want to give a shout out to all the staff at St. Camilus in Stamford. They are doing great work there. My brother in law has been there in long term care for the last 2 years and is being well taken care of he has everything he needs and it's close to us so we can visit often. He enjoys the food and activities and even has church services. The staff is kind and thoughtful. All the coordinating Dr. Visits have been great. Can't say thank you enough.
