I was skeptical to go to another agency since this is all new to my family and me. I’m so glad I dropped Brightstar Home Health agency and my case manager found Ardnas. I honestly believe that Ms. Sandra is heaven sent. The way she takes her time to explain everything and cares for my son feels so comforting. It makes me so happy after all that we’ve been through to know that there’s still some healthcare professionals that still love what they do and how’s that extra mile. Her commitment to excellence reflects not only her clinical skill but also her deep understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of healing.<br>I had the honor of meeting Ms. Sandra in 2024 when she became my home healthcare nurse. At that time, I was suffering from open wounds on both legs that had refused to heal since 2021, despite treatment from multiple doctors, home healthcare nurses, and wound care professionals. I had endured painful procedures, repeated surgeries, and numerous staph infections. Many previous providers struggled with communication and coordination of care—yet Ms. Sandra was different. She listened attentively to my concerns, answered every question with patience, and maintained clear communication with my physicians. She even provided detailed checklists for me to follow and promptly relayed any medical updates as needed.<br>It was only after Ms. Sandra took over my care that my wounds began to heal properly. Through her dedication, expertise, and compassion, I have regained mobility and begun physical therapy. Ms. Sandra taught me that true healing begins in the mind and manifests in the body, and that reducing stress plays a vital role in recovery. The owner of this company, Sandra Moody, was helpful in the beginning of my husband's care. She has dropped my husband's care without notice and has not responded to his requests or did not bother lining up additional care for him. We have had to find our own replacement for his home health care. And to top it all off, she was always out of line talking about our personal life and how we should do things, with food, clothes, the kids, etc. Not professional. I can't believe we spent all the time and money with this person, not to mention the lack of care.
