our family had caregivers for my 91 year old mom who lived with us. Lou and Tom worked very hard to find the right match in personally for my mom. And for 3 years it was a wonderful match and we became family. my mom had to move to Assistant Living and we will miss Ardent and our wonderful caregiver Beth!!!!

Ardent Care has provided caregiving services for my mother for the last year and a half. They are consummate professionals and work with us closely to find the right caregiver fit. They are always responsive to our needs and the quality of the caregivers they’ve brought to us have been top notch. We are forever grateful for all the love and support they’ve given not only to our Mom, but to our family as well. We are so happy we found Ardent Care and recommend them whole heartedly!

Ardent Care is a home health provider in Bloomingdale. I utilized them for a couple months this summer for assistance with activities of daily living after I was incapacitated post Achilles surgery. Owner Lou Toya is a very friendly and caring person, and did a complete assessment of my needs, which was assistance with bathing, meal prep, and light housekeeping. She recommended a toilet accessory which made it much easier and safer to transfer. It would have been handy to get a list of best home practices from my surgeon, but that was taken care of by Lou, along with a welcome pack of Filipino sweet buns! She assigned a couple caregivers who split the week helping me out while I worked at home on my phone and computer. They were very pleasant. Over the 2 months, I think I had about 4-5 caregivers, all of which were very kind and friendly. I had experience with caregivers for my elderly parents a few years ago. I would endorse Lou and Ardent Care for anyone who needs a little home health assistance for their loved ones.
