Rita Rios is the hardest working, most compassionate, and patient professional I have ever met. She is always everywhere taking care of each resident and taking care of all tasks; big or small. She loves my mom like her own and brings me peace while I manage my mom’s care from out of state. I truly value Rita!!

Many employees at Arden Courts go the extra mile for the residents. I would like to highlight 2, Ginny and Sylvia. Ginny is the housekeeper who mops my husband’s floors and keeps the bathroom sparking. I cleaned the bathroom at his previous memory care. She is kind to my husband and always reaches out to me, checking that we have everything that we need. Sylvia takes time from her duties in other areas of Arden Courts to stop and talk with my husband. An upbeat hello, a huge smile, and a check to see if he is Ok.this is very meaningful - my husband is nonverbal. Sylvia getting his glasses for him because he forgot them is the type of care that happens when the employees are kind and pay attention to residents, even when that resident is not under his or her direct care.

My loved one has been a resident her almost two years. The staff in Harvest Glen are amazing! Shout out to all of them & especially to Rita, Herminia, Sylvia, Jessica & Marissa plus the overnight staff who sadly I don't know all of their names. The front office staff, Walter, is very helpful every time I enter & exit. The activities staff, Theresa & Jasmine, are also outstanding. I wish I could name everyone personally but I am grateful to this facility for caring for these residents.

My wife has been a resident at Arden Courts since August of 2024. During her stay here I have seen how caring the people who work here are. Dockside has been the area where my wife has her room. Special shoutout to the staff that has been here throughout her time here. Specially Yvette who has been just fantastic. Working alongside her have been a number of caregivers. Special thanks to Alex, Cananay, Alejandra, Lesley, Misty, and most especially to the staff with Concho Hearts hospice, Nurse Lupe , Nurse Tye, and Martha her caregiver who helps her with her shower routine. Is it perfect No, but you will not find a better place for your love one if they ever need dementia care.<br>R. G. Salinas

We love Yvette and Arden Courts. This was the best place for my mom! She’s been there 2 years and it’s been the best care!
