On very short notice, we needed to find a memory care facility for my brother. Arden Courts had one room available and they were able to get him into a room within two days.<br><br>Arden Courts has clean, nice rooms for the residents. The food was very good. However, it is their staff that really shines. My brother got kind, compassionate care from all the staff. They were very good in keeping me informed about changes in his condition.<br><br>The staff, also, was very kind and compassionate to us as a family. We really felt they cared about our welfare as well as my brother's.<br><br>My brother was put under hospice care while at Arden<br>Courts. They worked well with hospice as my brother transitioned to his death. Once again, the staff made us fell cared for upon his death.

When the time came to place my mom in memory care, Arden Courts was our first choice. I had been in touch with Justine for some time, even before my mom was ready, and she stayed connected with us throughout the process. From our very first meeting, she showed such compassion, understanding, and patience, which made a difficult decision easier.<br><br>All of the staff members we’ve interacted with have been committed to providing not only professional care but also genuine compassion. The facility itself is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to support the unique needs of those with memory loss.<br><br>We are grateful for the care our loved one receives at Arden Courts.

What makes Arden so unique is the staff. Upon our first meeting with Joette and Justine, we felt as if they truly understood this complicated disease and had endless amounts of compassion for the families and residents. Regardless of the position of the employee, front office staff, administration, nursing, caregivers, housekeeping…there is a level of unique understanding of each resident and their own needs and a true level of caring for all of the residents.
