Arbors is an amazing home for my Mom. She is in the Assisted Living side. The accommodations are wonderful. Shout out to Samantha (Executive Director), Angela (Sales) April ( Care Coordinator) and Rachelle (Select PT Manager) for making our transition from rehab to here so smooth and easy.<br>All the staff are so friendly. I am so thankful there was availability right away for my Mom. Thank you Arbors and Select!

BE AWARE IF YOU PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT FOR THE WAIT LIST!<br><br>My family member chose another option before a room became available at The Arbors of Gulf Breeze. I have requested a refund for our wait list position for over 2 Months with no success. I am now contacting the BBB to open a case and will pursue Small Claims Court if need be. I will update this review as the case progresses.

Exceptionally professional and caring staff! My wife is in memory care and every thing is directed at mak her comfortable and secure. The food is very good and if she does not like the main course, they make her something she does like!

I have a family member in independent living. The Arbors was great until Grace management took over. Rooms are not being cleaned for weeks. This week the cleaner finally came but only emptied trash. Lack of servers in cafeteria. Often waiting 45 minutes for food. Many good and caring workers were let go so now they are understaffed.
