The arbors in woodsfield where my dad is the day shift are really nice however the second day my dad was in there I called the front desk to see if I could speak to my dad and the women was so nice and told me to hold on and sat the phone down another women that was at the desk evidently was the one taking care of my dad that day and she was telling someone else how she let my dad lay there for 2 hours in a mess because his clastomy bag busted and she was laughing about it and she was talking about another gentleman that is a resident there as well. So I hung the phone up and called right back and asked to speak with a supervisor the women that was speaking awful about my dad and the other man didn’t know I wasn’t on hold and thought it was ok to speak Ill about arbors residents. Those people didn’t ask to be there and they do not deserve to be mistreated and since everyone refused to give me the women’s name that was talking about my dad and the other resident by name that’s a hippa violation and I turned her in.
