Horrifying experience here with my mother. She was sedated, came out traumatized, bruised, dehyrated and in bad shape --barely walking after only 5 days!!! Arbor View kept $5K for this and refused to share medical records upon request. She had stashed away notes about all the other patients as well--carelessly left laying around. She didn't understand them but I did--horrifying. I'm suffering trauma from the experience. RUN far away!!!

The food is left overs from the main building and everyday staff is untrained to care for memory care patients. Maintenance staff must be friends with the director as issues like no heat in the patient rooms and broken toilets are overlooked and poorly addressed. None of the feedback given to staff or management to made an impact so we moved our family member out.

I have had here for 2 years and my whole family has been very happy with this facility. Dad is very happy here.
