The team at Apria healthcare in Rolla Missouri are wonderful, Each of them I've dealt with are very professional and helpful. I truly appreciate everything thev've done to help me get a good start with cpap set-up and equipment. I'd highly recommend them to anyone

UPDATE: 2025 I HAVE NOT ORDERED MY SUPPLIES FROM APRIA SINCE MAKING THIS REVIEW. I AM ORDERING FROM ANOTHER SOURCE AND NO HASSLE AND MUCH CHEAPER! I WISH I DID THIS A LONG TIME AGO. My local Apria is great and so helpful. They would get 5 stars if I could rate only them, BUT Apria company I have had so much trouble with. Every time I order, my insurance will usually cover up to 90%. Apria charges full price up front. Apria would not give me a refund automatically and after many phone calls and hassles they finally conceded after I get a supervisor involved. I have to literally yell at them and that is usually not my character. This has happened 3 years in a row. My advice to EVERYONE is to check your insurance payouts to your Apria bill. Apria may have been keeping your money.

I was fortunate enough to be assisted with one of the best phone and service representatives I have every been lucky enough to be associated with. Her name is Lacey {hope I spelled it correctly}. If you ever come to Rolla Apria on Parkwood drive, ask for Lacey she's outstanding!

Great experience. I had to order my CPAP supplies and talked to the friendly staff member that assisted me on creating an Apria account. Then I received messages showing the status of my order until they shipped. Shipping was fast. I recommend thier services for your medical supplies.

Very pleasant experience with the people at the Rolla Mo store. I have been with them for about a year. If I had any problems or questions, they took care of it immediately. Unfortunately, I've got to leave them, because I have to go on liquid oxygen, and they no longer provide that service. For all your other needs, please contact Apria Healthcare in Rolla Mo. I think you will be pleased with their service.
