Avoid avoid avoid. I didn't take the warnings and paid the price. Literally. After researching more on this company it's amazing they haven't been shut down. Update: they replied to this faster than they replied to the email I sent to that exact email they left in their response.

Not a regular reviewer of anything, but this is really bad service. I came to Apria due to a change in my insurance. I've spend 2 months just trying to place an order. Every step of the process has been mishandled. I really don't understand how they are actually in business? Their only purpose is to supply materials and they don't seem to do that very well.

When I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea the insurance I was using somewhat forced Apria on me. I had a choice, but the choice seemed less good. In hindsight I was wrong. I even looked at the google reviews and thought, they cant be that bad, can they? They can. 6 months of pain in, and I'm still hounded by text messages, voice mails, and messages of delinquent payment, selling more crap (after I just reordered), only to find out that their left hand doesnt talk to their right hand, over and over, and over, and over and over... and over again. Once, I was transferred 5 times on a single call to end up without an answer anyway. I'm totally done with them as a company, and if I could go back in time and use anyone else, I would. DO NOT BE LIKE ME, DO NOT THINK THEY CANT BE THAT BAD... THEY ARE.

Literally the worst company to work with. If you value your sanity pick any other company. 1 star is even too much. I thought the other reviews were maybe just extreme situations and I learned my lesson. I needed to get a cpap and my doctor sent me to them. First, it's always impossible to try to get ahold of them. They never answer the phone if you call. We finally got everything set up but they refused to let me pay the full balance at the start and required a payment plan but they didn't bill me regularly. It was supposed to be for 10 months according to what they required but it somehow took them 15 months to get everything billed and resolved. Each month I paid the amount due the very same day I got the statement/bill. Then, supposedly my insurance never responded to one of the bills and they never mentioned anything to me or I could have gotten it resolved sooner. But they waited 7 months and sent it again. After that the insurance paid their part as they always have but I started getting collections calls asking me to pay the bill. I checked my balance and there was nothing. There had been no balance for 4 months. Then, a few days later I received the statement for that month they'd missed. I hadn't ever gotten a bill for it previously and I paid it right away. I contacted them through the online web chat to verify there were no other charges and everything would be fully paid. They said after that payment posts there was no other amounts that would be due. A few days later I got another collections call asking me to pay the balance and I informed them I already paid it a few days ago online. They checked and were like "oh I see it pending sorry". They should have checked before calling me and demanding I pay the balance. I don't ever want to hear from them again. They keep sending letters asking me to buy supplies from them but I would rather just pay pull price and buy off Amazon myself instead of dealing with them and having my insurance pay for it. The amount of confusion and frustration I've had while dealing with them is insane. For your own sake please don't go through them, pick another company.

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I had Covid and had to be on oxygen for a couple of months. I had to pay out of pocket for the equipment rental because they couldn't bill the insurance correctly. The only good I can say is the person who dropped my equipment off was nice, and the person picking up my equipment was nice. I finally got back to normal and didn't need oxygen anymore so I returned the rental equipment. The guy came and picked it up and was pleasant to work with. But then comes the nightmare. I get a letter saying I still have the equipment. Hours later on the phone I get it "resolved" or so I thought and was informed I would only be charged one more time. Several months later and I'm still getting charged the rental fee for equipment I haven't had. Good luck getting through to anyone to get it taken care of. Every time I've called it's hours on the phone to get it "resolved" until it isn't. Checked my bank account and they've already pulled this months rental charge. At this point I'm done working with them and I'm opening a fraudulent charge investigation with my bank. This company needs to go out of business. I rarely leave one star reviews, but honestly this company doesn't even deserve one star.
