Do not use Apria if possible, they do not understand anything and they can't follow a basic script. Its has been 2 months of back and forth to get an oxygen tank to help me breath better and put less stress on my heart. They keep saying they don't have their own results confiming I need oxygen and my Doctor has already sent this scprit in twice with them. If you can avoid it skip Apria. I know United HealthCare uses them but they suck hard core. Nothing makes sense and they are not helpful at all. The associates keep telling me I still had their heartrate monitor which I don't and keep tetling me this same information mutiple times and I said I have a ring doorbell camera confiming they picked it up no I don't have your equipment. I would give them -10 out of 5. Awful and spam company! DO NOT USE AT ALL!!

Heart Dr referred me for an overnight oximetry (at home sleep study). This was the place to pick up the device I had to wear. It was a little tricky at first doc had to send the request several times. They called and texted me to pick up the device, but when I called them back they had no record of me needing one. Finally got it all resolved. They had one available for me next day pick up. Apria was easy to find, lots of parking and the staff was helpful. The loaner device i got seems high quality and clean, packaged with good instructions. Not sure what my bill from this place will look like yet but so far so good. Decent experience with this company.

I wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is complete trash and you sit on hold for 20 minutes or longer each time. I have been trying for 5 days to get a pulse ox for my newborn daughter to complete an at home air study and they do not have one available and cannot tell me when I will be able to pick one up. I am frustrated beyond words.

This company is nothing short of fraud. A warning to all patients that just because you tell them that you do not want auto resupply and the company confirms that you are not enrolled it means absolutely nothing. They will still attempt to ship their overpriced box of cpap supplies to you against your will, try to charge you for it, and then put it on you to return the supplies. No wonder Kaiser is cancelling their contract this company should be shut down and investigated for fraud. I can guarantee that they are scamming plenty of older patients by just ignoring their wishes and billing them like crazy without them noticing. Absolutely incompetent con artists through and through.

I actually want to put 0 stars for this "Healthcare" company. I have been called no less than 20 times for me to pay a bill. I have asked them to send me an itemized bill by mail every. single. time. I have reviewed my mailing address every. single. time. Have they sent a bill? Of course not. Secondly, I called the Louisville office to request a (don't remember the name) new gauge thing for a portable oxygen bottle. I spoke with the manager there and was scolded about not knowing the name of my equipment. She then went on to complain to me she could not send someone out to replace it. I told her I was stuck at home without the gauge thing. She then went on to demand I get a friend or family member to come and pick it up and even shamed me for not having anyone available at the time. This was a horrible experience with her. She has absolutely no business in managing a healthcare business and needs to maybe work at a toll booth. She then told me I had an outstanding balance and I informed her I have asked repeatedly to get an itemized bill. "Well I don't know anything about that and can't help you with that" and then just transferred me over to some call center where I was on hold for 43 minutes and then someone came on and was disconnected. For someone needing oxygen at night and sometimes require it 24/7 it is shameful to treat someone who can live or die by this "service" to be treated this way. Disgustingly shameful.
