This place is great. My mom is coming into town for my daughter’s graduation from 8th grade and called the corporate office who said they needed 2+ weeks, but called these guys in Farmington and they took care of her no problems. They also provide excellent service, I overheard the guy at the front helping out a woman on the phone and was super kind and helpful in trying to help her out with her concentrator.

I called twice and waited 1 hour each time. My oxygen concentrator is no longer working. It is critical that I receive a replacement. Customer service is poor and hard to deal with. I need a rep to call me.

Apria first had my information doubled in the system. Once my machine arrived Miranda was very nice and sweet! But now I am out of town trying to get ahold of anyone for the last 2 days and no one is answering the phones! I stay on hold listening to a recorded msg to only be hung up on. I need to reorder supplies and I don’t have all of the correct information with me due leaving the area for a family emergency. I am in a rush to get supplies before my family member gets transferred again to another hospital. Horrible service when trying to call to talk to someone!

Update: After I placed my original 1 star review, Apria customer service immediately called me. A very nice lady listened to me and actually took off half of the amount they said I "owed". So I'm updating my review to 3 stars for that. I still don't think I actually should have owed them anything, and the local customer service in Farmington is still terrible, but I do appreciate the national customer service representative who actually seemed to care. Original review: Apria is the worst place to get medical equipment. I called them to come get my equipment because I no longer needed it and my insurance no longer covered it. They didn't pick it up for 2 months and then sent me the bill for those 2 months!!! I disputed the bill but they said they were dealing with insurance during those 2 months, which is crazy, because I had told them I didn't want the equipment in the first place! Seriously! If you need medical equipment, try somewhere else first!!!!
