I just got put on oxygen full-time. The young man who delivered my regulator walked through the mud and then tracked it all over my house. He was in a hurry to get home. He was obviously frustrated and he told me it was all overtime for him. Please have your delivery people where shoe protectors inside people's homes or learn to take off their shoes! How rude. He didn't bring six tanks, he only brought five. He forgot to leave the "ear pads" for my poor sore ears. And he most definitely didn't wash his hands before he began any of the work (like the paperwork told me he would.) lol Other than that it was great! Thank you Apria! New customer here!

Apria has been the worst company to deal with. They had been billing me through email that I never agreed to and never received emails from, I called several time never fix, then told that the company that does the billing is not preferred provider but they are a preferred provider just not the company that does the billing. Then they turned me into collections. What a joke. If you can avoid Apria I would, btw you can get you cpap supplies way cheaper online than you get through them. Sad, I rate them a fat zero if I could.

Local people are great... Apria itself is a NIGHTMARE! Billing error, lies, inept reps. If I could give this company a negative rating I would. They have been billing us for months for supplies. Because of history I have asked for an itemized bill. It has take six months to finally get a computer printout of what they say we got. Hardly decipherable AND they tell me the insurance company paid 28.00 BUT the insurance company was never billed. No EOB available, Insurance can't find any claims. We only have one insurance and have had them for the last 15 years. No changes in ID numbers during this time. This company needs to be investigated. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE.... I HAVE RESPONDED TO YOUR REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION. LETS SEE IF YOU DO ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR BILLING COMPANY. I DOUBT YOU EVEN RESPOND TO MY EMAIL TO YOUR RESPONSE. YOU ASKED AND YOU HAVE YOUR REPLY!

Apria has been a nightmare of inaccurate billing, inept customer service, and unexplained credit card deductions. I would purchase my equipment online before I ever used them again.
