I called in because the o2 wasn't working and they never came out to fix it. Tried to return it and was told I had to have the doctor sign off. This is not a good place to get any equipment from if you want to continue to breath.

Absolutely the WORST customer service. Unfortunately they are the designated provider in the area, so we have no choice, but I have called them for weeks trying to get ahold of someone for oxygen that is needed 24 hours a day. It took 3 weeks for them to call back. I wish we could find another provider, but since this is rural Iowa we have no choice. Not sure who runs this place, but they definitely do not care about the patient.

No education was done with me on my device. They just sent me something I’ve never used before and expected me to figure it out on my own. Absolutely no follow up from them whatsoever. Things only continue to get worse. They sent me "for her" equipment that sits wrong on my (male) haircut and is literally causing a bald spot from how it rubs. I was laughed at and ignored when I asked for help. The person on the phone also lied directly to my face about my cpap not having an air filter so now I had to pay out of pocket for air filters even though my insurance is paying Apria to give me air filters.

It took several weeks to get my equipment and it took many weeks to get my case through the "qualifications team". The Carroll location office lady was very rude, condescending and unprofessional. I called a different location to see if my case could be transferred to them and my call was routed to management. The manager was able to get the qualification through quickly and acknowledged an error on their part, but he did not seem to care about the poor and unprofessional customer service. During the extensive delay, and after several phone calls to my insurance company, my insurance case worker called the Carroll office to try and assist. After that phone call and listening to provided recordings, I am being urged to file a complaint and grievance against the company.
