Me and my son came to the rebirth area to see his aunt's newborn baby. He was excited to see the baby. When we arrived on the second floor where the newborn area was. The staff there did not let my son in. Why? Because the staff said he needed to older than 18 years old. So sadly my son was never able to see the baby. It was a waste of my time and my son's time. Bad experience overall...

We were just in the ER with our son for respiratory issues and we landed the best nurse ever! He was so great with our 5 year old and explained everything so well to us! Thank you Jordan Good, you are the light in this world!

Brought my one year old in around 1am. They hooked her up to the o2 monitor and that’s it. They say she’s stating appropriately, and she is, but she’s working extremely hard to stay that way (50+ breaths a minute). It’s now 6am and they have not done anything for her throughout the night. There’s been no suctioning for her congestion. They haven’t listened to her until now. They haven’t offered her anything to drink. Doctor just came in at 6:20 asking if I wanted to take her to the urgent care to be evaluated. Isn’t this the EMERGENCY ROOM? Isn’t it supposed to be a higher level of care? What?

was in ER a few weeks ago and felt very brushed off… basically sat for over 2 hours and was told it was anxiety. Followed up with my primary care and found out I was having a reaction to a medication I was on. Now I’m being billed 3 different “exam” fees. This hospital will never change!

I was in the ER for 6 hours on Saturday, January 10th, for an undetected uti-turned pyelonephritis-turned bacteremia that was not caught by the urgent care, and the only symptoms i had was projectile vomitting that morning, weakness, confusion and fatigue. this resulted in 3 bags of saline, an xray, a CT, a bag of magnesium, a bag of antibiotics, and blood cultures. thorought it all, nurse Moriah was there to answer questions. I was delirious due to the infection, and she held my hand through it all, even when I tried to rip out my IV. she was there, explaining everything to me and my next steps. she was such a wonderful nurse, and kept me calm and distracted until I was calmed down enough to relax a little bit. the ER nurses and doctor worked very hard to figure out exactly what was going on, and if I didnt go and wasnt listened to as much as i was, or if the staff didnt care enough to understand my symptoms, i would likely be in a lot worse shape than now. as a nursing student, she is the type of nurse that I want to be in the future, and deserves every good thing. I got multiple calls from her and the other nurses asking how I was doing after my cultures popped up positive, and listened and answered all my follow up questions. all the nurses are such sweethearts, and they made a really bad situation turn positive with the care I recieved. thank you to the wonderful ER staff.
