The staff at the location are very nice. The people on the customer service suck. The person I am waiting on hold for (Grace) most likely NOT her real name like every one of them who answer the phones for Apria are hard to understand and are not competent enough to do the job correctly. I asked Grace is I was on a recorded line, she said yes I was then when I asked her why she didn't tell me she put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me.

Gave 1 star as i couldn't put 0! The business end of the company is difficult to work with and unsatisfactory endings! They drag thier feet with EVERYTHING! This includes MULTIPLE call centers with representatives with heavy accents that are difficult to understand whom know little about thier positions or thier job. Asking if there was another rep. Or State Side Rep I could speak wasn't honored. I was supposed to have documents emailed while rep. was on phone for 10hrs! I'd be put on hold and then hung up on multiple times. I invested a lot of time and money with this company that was very unsatisfactory, and accomplished nothing! I've never had a place or so called company so unprofessional and unpleasant to work with! They will try and steal money right from underneath you! MAKE SURE you read thier contracts before signing ANYTHING WITH APRIA as a simple change of insurance means that even if you've paid 6-7 month of payments that you have to start entirely over with them (another 10 months and you dont get the money you already spent back!) 💯 ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Emails I sent from her original test email received no response. I invested a lot of time on a call that was very unsatisfactory, and accomplished nothing!
