This place does not have enough help and the help they do have doesn’t care. I had to come down there this morning because no one would help my husband get in the wheelchair and no one wants to help him go to the bathroom. His clothes were 2 days old. If I didn’t change him, he wouldn’t ever get his clothes changed . He’s fallen and injured himself twice already. Last night he pushed the button and they refused to help him so I called the nurses station to ask them to do something. You can push that button and no one comes to help.

The staff are really nice and provide good care. The activity director Lisa Roman plans really good activities and makes contact with me daily . The administrator Stacey runs a tight ship. The DON Ruby does an awesome job managing the CNA's. Therapy has done an awesome job getting me back to be able to walk. I'm going home today and have enjoyed my stay.

All the staff are good, friendly and attentive. I received good care here. Tiffany in housekeeping does an awesome job keeping my room clean. The food is good. Dietary manager Kiesha makes sure her staff are doing a good job in the kitchen. They always offer me other food when I don't like something. Lisa the activity director knows her job. She plans good activities we all love. She is always here for me when I need to talk. I love the DON Ruby she often checks on me. The administrator Stacey does the same. I would be comfortable living here if I need to but I'm going hope soon. Cuddles to all of you.
