DO NOT PUT ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT IN APPLE RIDGE , ITS NO ONES JOB"" TO CARE" CORPERATE OR ADMIN NO WONDER THEY HAVE THE WROST TURN AROUND RATE. THERE DOPED UP SUB CONTRACTORS THAT CANT EVEN PUT A DOOR ON A ""LAUNDRY FACILITY THAT HAS BIOHAZARD MATERIALS WHERE THE RESIDENTS CLOTHING AND BEDING SHOULD BE CLEANED.

My brother was there for a short time. The place totally smells like urine each time I was there. The staff rude and lazy. One day I was there he was totally laying in urine and had soiled sheets on the floor that someone was too lazy to pick up. Someone there took his tv, remote and all of his good clothing. I wouldn't recommend this place for my dead dog.

I went there for the first time and was pleasantly surprised to see the organization/decorating cute/clean and to have someone greet me up front/individual playing guitar and singing to residents at the entry way. Nothing but friendly staff. High recommend.

Apple Ridge Care Center in Waverly, Missouri sets in the rolling hills over looking the Missouri River. Prior to covid-19 I always enjoyed visiting my aunt who they called "momma" and my cousin who shared a room with her. We were able to share tasty meals together. We observed some of the planned activities they had for the residents. Most that could, participated and had a good time. My aunt says they are good to them. I could see the loving care the staff had for everyone. The facility was always clean when we came to visit. It appeared to have sufficient number of staff members to take care of everyone. Thank you Apple Ridge for all you do for those wonderful people.
