Our Mom, Patricia, has been a resident of Apex for 7 weeks now in Unit B. Our family is there everyday to visit her. The staff is amazing at Apex. Every single person/employee is friendly, courteous, attentive, going above and beyond to provide care. Our family questions/concerns regarding Mom are quickly addressed by these amazing employees. We are grateful for all that has been done to help with our Moms care in her late-stage/advanced Alzheimers. We hope this well deserved positive review is helpful to others. Here is a list of the names of caring staff in Unit B as well as the facility, that have inspired our review (we know we have missed a few names but will circle back to this again and provide future updates/recognitions): Nurses and Aids: Gina (DNS), Turika, Kathleen, Sally, Paul, Patricia, Karen, Cassandra, Kaur. Dieticians: Lauren, Nicole, Carley. PT: Tianna Recreation: Ellie, Jayleen, Dee Social work: RJ Administration: Eli With sincere gratitude, Jacky and Steven

My father in law was recently discharged after a 100 day stay. He had a wonderful experience. He received professional care in a clean, safe and caring environment. He enjoyed the meals and even made a few friends. They enjoyed outdoor patio time and the socialization helped him to keep in good spirits. Everyone was wonderful but there were a few standouts that made him feel extra special. Nurse Anita Cwa Zamora Nurse sally Cwa karen I would also like to thank Emily the social worker for always being there for our family. It was truly a pleasant experience and his doctor was very impressed with his care during his follow up today. While we have a long road ahead, apex was instrumental in getting our family member the care needed to make a full recovery.
