My father was abused by Rhonda Lamb at Apex Oaks at Clear Lake Facility.<br>The sad part is, the administrator has had complaints bout this beast in the past and has done nothing about it.<br><br>Rhonda came in the first night while my dad was sleeping and twisted the skin on his arm leaving horrific bruises and open wounds. I have pictures and videos and will upload them later today.<br>No one knew that my father had his phone. Thank goodness he was able to call 911. (Recordings) However, when the police came the staff told them that he was asleep.<br>I was never told by the staff that he said he was assaulted. My father told me when I was finally able to see him after a week.<br>Diana told me to stay away for about a week.<br><br>Looking back, I think they told me to stay away so his wounds could heal.<br><br>When I told Diana and Brittany that I was taking my father out and the reason why, I was told that Darren would call me back.<br>I received a call back two days later and was asked to remove the post and they would refund my money.<br><br>They sent a partial refund that I will be returning.<br><br>I will not pay for a room that they kept my father locked out of all day.<br>They made him sit in a wheelchair all day and urinate in his adult underwear. My father is capable of walking on a walker and using the toilet. They were taking what little independence he had left away from him.<br><br>Please beware. Diana and Darren were so nice, after my complaints, CRICKETS!!!<br><br>PLEASE protect your loved ones at all costs.<br><br>If any of you have had a similar experience, please contact me.<br>We are the voice for the people who can't speak for themselves.<br>This behavior from employees is not acceptable.
