Horrible company to work for! They always hiring, but never have any shifts for people. They have different departments. If u work under apex hospice I believe you will be working up on the Michelle who will ignore your calls if you don’t take a three hour shift and you take the bus etc how attitude change when I told her I was resigning . They also have a lady calling you about shifts, but do not want to give address if she’ll give you the ZIP Code as if you can look that up and you’re taking Cta. She seems incompetent. They were rude and misleading!! A waste of time.. a lot of run around!! Responding to the owner below. Nah this the right place and u know it! Yall are unprofessional period…

Does Medicare cover care from Apex Health Services?

Yes. Apex Health Services is a Medicare-certified home health agency, so Medicare Part A or Part B pays in full for skilled nursing, therapy and home health aide visits when a doctor orders them and the patient is homebound. There is no copay for covered home health visits. Medicare rates the agency's quality of patient care 3.0 out of 5 stars.

Do I need a referral to use Apex Health Services?

For Medicare to pay, yes: a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant must certify that care is needed and sign a plan of care.
