Anna John Nursing Home

Anna John Resident Centered Care Community in Oneida, Wisconsin provides 24-hour skilled nursing care for long-term and rehabilitating patients. The facility, previously known as the Anna John Nursing Home, is built on a foundation of compassion and care, ensuring that every resident receives support in a comfortable, safe and supportive environment.

The community serves both Native and Non-Native individuals in need of skilled care. The primary focus is on patients with neuro-muscular, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and integumentary disorders. Staff evaluate levels of function related to these disorders and develop treatment procedures to improve, restore, and maintain acceptable functional levels for those whose ability to function is impaired by physical disease or injury.

The facility maintains a 5-star Medicare rating. Assessments of potential patients are arranged through the Social Worker or Director of Nursing to determine appropriateness of placement. Personal assessments or tours of the facility can be arranged by calling the community directly.

The AJRCCC accepts multiple payment options including private pay, Medicare, medical assistance, and private insurance. The community is open to additional insurances as well. Administrative support services include assistance with Durable Power of Attorney documents and assistance with long-term placement care according to appropriate needs.
