I have worked with Angels Instead for many months and they are very responsive in assuring there is always a caregiver on site. This is a very important in caring for my bedridden mother.

Our family is endlessly grateful for Angels Instead - especially for Luisa, the CNA who cared for my grandmother during her final months. We truly believe that when we reached out to Angels Instead, God sent us an actual angel. Luisa cared for my grandma with a level of love, patience, and compassion that went far beyond anything we expected. She treated her with dignity, tenderness, and genuine affection every single day. Her presence also brought tremendous comfort to my mom, who felt supported, guided, and never alone in the process of caring for her own mother. Losing my grandma has been incredibly difficult, but knowing she was surrounded by such compassionate care brings us so much peace. I cannot thank Angels Instead - especially Luisa and Tammy - enough. If you are looking for a home care agency that treats your loved one like family, this is the place. We will forever be grateful ❤️

The caregiver they sent for my mother in law was on time and professional. They send the same caregiver everytime which we laked with previous agencies we used. We have been using Angels Instead Homecare for almost 3 months and then my in law got moved to a nursing home in the Houston area where they are still offering extra care. Their pricing is affordable and there is no hidden expenses on their invoices. They even took our call at 5am when by mother-in law needed the caregiver earlier on that day. They are a blessing.

This is the second time I've used Angles Instead Home Care. My mother has late stage dementia. Her regular caretaker had gone on vacation. The care givers from Angles Instead came in treated my mother with kindness and respect. They took care of her every need making sure she was comfortable. This time my regular caregiver returned from vacation sick. I called last minute in a panic. They were very accommodating and extended care for another week. I highly recommend Angles Instead. Their caregivers will take great care of your loved one.

Hiring Angels Instead was one of the best decisions we have ever made! My aging parents and Mom with Alzheimer's, required caregivers to manage cooking, chores and everyday personal life. The Angel's Instead owner, Tamara met with us personally and then assigned a single, perfect caregiver only to them, which is crucial when working with patients who have Dementia or Alzheimer's. After only a couple of days of training the caregiver to the household routine, she was able to provide 2 weeks worth of total exceptional care for my parents while I was able to take a much needed vacation. The caregiver will continue to provide coverage on the weekends and other needed days. Having a cargiving service that we like, can trust, and one that is able to provide this level of care checks all the boxes for my parents and me. We couldn't be more pleased! Thank you so much.
