In summary this place has to be the worst unprofessional, unethical, inconsiderate, insensitive home health service out there for sure and I would not use them again if they were the last home health care place on Earth and they should be put out of business immediately and I have filed complaints and charges against them in my County and State...!

My husband is a disable Vet.with Dementia. He's not mobile and needs full care. This Angency is Horrible! They've sent us aides with Zero experience. My husband was dropped twice!!! Some of their aides don't show up and the incompetent representatives 95% of the time don't bother to notify me that an aide will not be coming nor do they care to send a replacement aide that day. I leave messages, they don't respond until late the following day, they hang up on me when i called to ask if anyone will be coming to help us. Several aides have been so rude in my own home. There are only two aides that have been pleasant to work with.I am disabled as well so it's crucial that I have help to get my poor husband out of bed. I am frustrated to tears that my poor husband has to suffer and the Agency doesn't care. Please don't trust them with your Loved ones. I gave them plenty of opportunities to improve but it's just getting worse. I will be looking for another Agency. Angels Agency in Hope Mills NC on Hope Mills Rd has had several Aides quit their Company, we will be leaving as well.
