We had care set up for our grandfather and we received a phone call from the owner the day before the care was supposed to be provided telling us that there was a problem. The problem was that the home health aid that was scheduled to come was having vehicle troubles and the owner told us that WE had to pay for his Uber rides to and from the house in order to get the help we needed. She said that nobody else was available to cover for him and that they couldn’t pay for the Uber rides themselves. So unprofessional and unreliable. Have you ever heard of anything more crazy?! They also make you pay cash. Seems kinda shady. I would not trust them at all!
