It took 2 years to go thru the process to be approved for home care and when it was, then finding care workers in a 4% unemployment market post covid when they profession took a nose dive when workers wouldn't work for crappy wage while being continuously exposed to covid. Finally they found Angel Care. My aide Cryssi is FABULOUS. And I'm very fussy, anxiety controlled and constantly battering to allow her to do the full work she wants to do. But we're entering our third month and found our groove. She pushes to do more and I'm letting her. She's kind, exceedingly good and calm. I'm not sure what I was afraid of, but she's great.

I have had 6 appointments scheduled. Out of those I had 4 no shows. First girl was a no show twice. The second girl showed up twice and did a poor job. Went through my jewelry box which she must not have liked because it’s costume jewelry. She only stayed an hour both times when she was supposed to be here for 3 1/2. Made me sign on for 3/12. The second time she was here I let her know next time I would need her to stay the 3 1/2 hours. She never showed again. 3rd girl never showed. Donna the supervisor lets your calls go to voicemail when these incidents happen. Terrible service.

I have had one girl 2 times steal my laundry money from the laundry card. Wed. 16 my girl stole my money leather pouch. It had 2credit cards masshealth Medicaid food stamps card. Also my licence. My daughter called and spoke to Donna. Donna gave her the run around with every question she asked. Would not give my daughter her supervise info. Going to call tomorrow.

I have a deposit that has never been returned from 2013. This is after paying them many thousands for the service. Be careful with them
