Andres Duarte Terrace

Andres Duarte Terrace is a senior housing community in Duarte, California, serving low-income residents aged 62 and older. The community consists of 80 one-bedroom apartments and is located in the heart of Duarte, close to city hall and the senior center, less than a mile from the library.
