I would like to express my deepest gratitude and highest commendation for Royal Terrace Healthcare, where my husband, Luciano Leonard Diego, is currently residing while receiving treatment at City of Hope. Despite the difficult circumstances that prevent me from being physically present with my husband, the staff at Royal Terrace Healthcare have provided me with an immeasurable sense of comfort and reassurance. I remain in frequent contact—often calling several times throughout the day and night—and without fail, my calls are answered promptly and courteously. This level of attentiveness speaks volumes about their professionalism and dedication. More importantly, my husband is treated with the utmost dignity, compassion, and respect. The nursing staff, caregivers, and therapists consistently demonstrate exceptional attentiveness to his needs. I am continually reassured knowing that when he presses his call light, assistance arrives without delay. This is something I have personally observed through my many phone conversations with him.
