Royal Vista Terrace

Royal Vista Terrace in Duarte, California provides affordable housing for low-income seniors 62 or older and disabled adults over the age of 18. The community consists of 75 one-bedroom apartments situated near Duarte city hall, the senior center, library, post office, and medical facilities, with a hospital located across the street.

The community is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for residents with disabilities to ensure equal access to apartments and common areas. HumanGood, the operator, follows fair housing practices and does not discriminate based on race, color, sex, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, age, familial status, marital status, source of income, or disability.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are welcome. The community maintains pet rules regarding registration, inoculation, sanitary waste disposal, and restraint in common areas to ensure a safe living environment. Management does not apply pet restrictions to assistance animals and their owners.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, and residents must sign a non-smoking agreement that extends to their guests.
