Isabela I thought was there for me after this review she disappeared and it went sour. Update: they promised my friend $21 to take care of me. She was nice now my friend left his job of $29/hr thinking he was getting paid $21/hr just for me and no one is around to fix this mistake. They gave no accountability and looking to change companies soon after doing what I need to do. I do not like deception, just for a good review, you guys need be better with communication and handling your business. shame shame shame. Their first home health aid clocked in and out without actually caring for me. Second let me at my appointment and asked to wear my slippers and was on phone all day. That’s how it escalated to having a friend care for me and even with that they still disappointed me and if you complain they act as if You are hard to work with rather than having accountability and FIXING the issue. When it came to authorizations they failed to alert me in a timely manner and nurse lets me know she coming one day before with no ahead of time arrangements it’s a are you available tomorrow call, if not then you wait on their time randomly to pop up. Disappointed

I’ve had a bad experience with this company with my seven-year-old autistic son. I’ve given this agency so many chances to find an stable home health attendant and they were unsuccessful. You can’t have. My son has gone through 10 home attendances Out of the 10 three were stable people I’ve even heard from other agencies about an anchor I would not recommend this agency

At first I had a pleasant welcomed I was schedule for the PCA training for a group of people. Back.in February, Yari and Luis in the westchester location were very cordial and generous, after ; we expected to be called the week after to complete the onboarding process and picked our certificate as we were told and start working and this is the time now that they haven’t even reached to a group of people that missed work for one week to do this training.i Called HR , I sent back and forth all medical and vaccine they requested even for 2nd. Time as they demand. We have family to take care expecting to have a source of income with dignity. It is disrespectful and very unprofessional not to consider people time , money and effort.

The experience from application to the final shift was wonderful. Bertha(coordinator) always checked in and made sure the aides were a good fit. The aides treated my mother as if she were their own relative. Special thanks to Tanisha who stayed calm and steady when Mom passed during her shift. Definitely recommend Anchor Home Care.
