It is an honor to write a review for the excellent customer service as new residents of Amira Bloomington. From our arrival, the staff has worked diligently to meet our every need. I’m a little slow these day in posting reviews but I really want to let people know about a recent event at Amira. It was the one year anniversary of the opening of Amira. What was so sad about that…the staff, and the staff throwing one of the classiest parties that I’ve ever attended. James, Terri, Bridgette, Otis, Francisco all worked very hard to let us, the residents, how much we matter. There were three different food stations, BBQ, Asian, and Mexican in three different common rooms. The decorations were classy, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming! The staff…the best! The residents also warm and welcoming… it was an opportunity for people to get to meet and get to know each other. All in all… my wife and I are really excited to be here.

I found Amira when there was not even a hole in the ground to start construction. However, by meeting one of the staff and visiting with her we signed up on the spot through looking at brochures, etc. We moved in 11 months ago and have never had any regrets. We love every aspect of living here, from the heated underground parking to the Sky Lounge on top of the building. Others have mentioned many of the amenities, yet there are more, a car, bike parking, doggie sink wash, air for your tires, and a complete work shop supplied with everything imaginable in the heated garage.<br>As others have mentioned the building in beautiful.<br>The management staff is wonderful and super attentive to ones needs.<br>George and Sandee Sundem
