American House Naples is a hidden gem in the senior living communities, everyone is so warm and welcoming and attentive to their residents and guests. They truly do a wonderful job and it’s a beautiful community with Assisted living and Memory Care options.

From the moment our family member moved into American House Naples, Sharon Grund, Director of Wellness, and her incredible collaborative team of wellness staff, doctors, and caregivers have gone above and beyond in every way possible.<br><br>Their communication, compassion, professionalism, and genuine care bring our family such peace of mind. Even from miles away, we know our loved one is safe, cared for, and truly valued every single day. We are beyond grateful for Sharon and her amazing team for making such a difficult situation feel so much easier. Highly recommend!

I signed a contract for a one month stay for recovery for a broken femur. I paid for one month stay and said that I would be returning to my home in Arlington Va where I live. Today, I walked into the Reservation Management Office and said that I would be leaving in less than a month and taking a plane back to Arlington Va. The Reservation Manager said that I would be charged for 2 months because I did not verbally tell them I planned to leave. That is not true at all. I told them on day one that I would only stay a month. Now they say I owe for two months. That is outrageous! I called my lawyer and he agreed with me. I paid for my stay and now they are trying to jack up the price.Poor business practice! Buyer Beware!

Update: Amira Choice was taken over by American House. There have been no material improvements except their logos appearing everywhere, and landscaping. The carpets in the residence halls are dirty and the food quality has been decreasing. To top it off, they just instituted an 8.4% rent increase. I am deeply disappointed with their management. Downgrading my review to two stars.<br>This place is well kept with very nice apartments and beautiful dining facilities. Unfortunately, the owners believe they are able to raise the rents of the seniors living there on a fixed income at will and well beyond inflation. They try and nickel and dime their residents for all they can get. The food provided in their facilities is below average and limited.

Every person I interacted with at Amira Choice treated me with such respect and kindness. Their facility is absolutely beautiful and clean. My dad was not there long, but I won’t forget Amira Choice’s compassion.
