Another update May 2027<br><br>I have added a document to show that this company has been receiving payments for a client And they're not paying the caretaker that is taking care of the client because they said they weren't getting paid from the state. I called the company in regards to it, and the FEKADU was telling me that my statement did not adhere to their company values however they are a fraudulent company that's collecting money from the state for clients and they're not paying the employee. Please do not go with this company. No wonder disabled people in Minnesota are meeting so much fraud. It's because of companies like this.<br><br>*** Update****<br>Their response to my review has been absolute nonsense. The matter has not been resolved and they keep doing a back-and-forth with me rather than pay me.<br><br>I have attached an email that was previously sent from the company to me stating that even though I submitted my timesheets, they will not be paying me. I believe this company and their payroll practices are fraudulent and no one should work with them. I will go ahead and escalate my complaint with DHS and I'm also going to see how I can get this company audited. Please ignore their sad excuse for a response below. They have not resolved any matter with me. They just keep going back-and- forth.<br><br>If I could give this company zero stars, I would.<br>My experience has been extremely disappointing due to poor communication and inconsistent payroll practices. I received conflicting information multiple times, and what was discussed verbally (by one employee who's the main contact listed on their company page ) was later changed. This created unnecessary stress and confusion, especially when it came to pay. Transparency and consistency are clearly lacking. I strongly advise anyone working with this company to document everything and get all agreements in writing.They are horrible and I would never advise or recommend anyone to work with this company. Throughout my experience payroll and being paid on time etc was always an issue. When I did try to converse with said employee regarding his agreement he claimed I was harassing him. A grown professional man at that. I have reported the company and their practices to DHS.<br><br>*

I had a great experience at American Family Care LLC. The service was prompt, professional, and very well organized.<br>The staff was friendly and made the visit smooth and comfortable.<br>Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone looking for quality care.
