I'm employed with America's Home Health. Coming from the corporate world, I feel this particular employee needs recognition. From day one of on boarding, she has never missed a beat! Diana Schaeffer, HR Dept. She was fully prepared to answer any questions effectively. Processes documents needed asap. Excellent response turn around, with no days of awaiting on what to do next. After a few weeks, months in...If I had trouble reaching anyone, she would forward or steer me in the right direction. Never was bothered by a email asking a question and handled promptly . Truly impressed with her ability to get all done in a NYM!! A true asset to this company! A 10 out of 10!! Additionally, Brooke and Amanda in Compliance, these gals are excellent! Always friendly, helpful and go over and beyond to make certain you know they are a call away.

No one ever calls to say the aide is not coming. I call and no one returns the call. There is one aide that is terrific and always shows up. But the evening and weekends my mother is left with no one. She is in a wheelchair and can’t do for herself, that’s why we have aides. But the worst part is the office does nothing to help.. this is outrageous the way my mom isn’t being treated. When we went with this company the woman who came out promised the world. Lauren stated the office is on top of everything. Nothing she said to us is true!! They need to fire everyone who is in charge and give someone a job who knows what they are doing!

Not sure if this is the right Americas home health since there’s 2 others here in Pennsylvania. But this company is okay, I’ve worked with them for a couple months for caregivers. However, they’re terrible at communicating, lacking communication skills. That needs to be improved. Every time I do communicate with them, with this guy Gary, he says they’ll work on it for communication. But they never do, other than that. This company is alright

The services have been managing my sons caregivers since we got the medical waiver in 2024. The staff has been great at making sure that our pay is always on time. The service is extremely flexible with meeting my sons needs as a client. It was and easy process of onboarding the people my son chose as his caregivers. If my son didn't have any one in mind they would have filled the position with qualified individuals. What's great was that he was allowed to choose people that knows and is comfortable with and not required to use established staff.

Americas home Health has been an invaluable resource in caring for my mother. Their team has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and dedication. The caregivers are highly skilled and provide excellent care, ensuring my mother's comfort and well-being. The company is also very responsive and accommodating to our needs. They have been flexible in adjusting schedules and services as my mother's condition has changed. I am grateful for their support and would highly recommend Americas home health to anyone seeking quality home health care.
