The office staff at this company is truly dedicated , Very informative and caring. Im impressed with this company’s values, the office staff, and caregivers! They go above and beyond for their clients / caregivers , the payrate is higher than most agency’s. I would definitley recommend.

This company could careless if you're disabled old or sick. I'm a quadriplegic. There is absolutely no Communication whatsoever! People don't show up for their shifts. And the branch manager he is not a caring person. I've tried to reach out to this company all week. Nobody answers the phone not even for my service coordinator or my insurance company. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

I WAS a client of theirs and they kept sending unqualified people and when I contacted the person (Dan) who initially came out to contract with me to let him know of the unprofessional care (had a caregiver walk out without notification which left me to fends for myself) was told they would send someone to replace her. However, even to this very day, NEVER saw that caregiver nor did I EVER receive a call back...had to FIRE them!!! I suggest go elsewhere if your looking for a good company...
