It pains me that a job could be this poorly done. My grandmother was on services with this company, coming out of a two-month rehab stay. I live out of state and trusted that the nurses would do their job and manage the medications. Not only were the medications listed on my grandmother's discharge list not in the home, but there were several medications she had been taking that had been discontinued while she was in rehab. It took me all of 15 min of looking over her medication to catch this mistake. So, please tell me why a nurse never caught it. She was also discharged from nursing services with all of the medication errors. Medicare will be contacted

Absolutely wonderful people. Angelika was my caregiver and she was like having a friend over a couple times a week. I almost forgot I was doing the exercises.
