My family member truly thrived during his time here. He could be difficult at times, but the staff always met him with patience and steady kindness. Even as the team changed over the years, the level of care never slipped. And since the new management stepped in, things have only improved. He was understood, supported, and treated with real respect from start to finish. We’re grateful for the way everyone looked after him and helped him feel at home.

My mother has been here for over 3 years and the new management team has been the best. They make time to listen to me and my mother and we always come up with agreeable solutions. The caregivers and nurses love the residents and take good care of them. Food is fresh and the kitchen staff is amazing. Love the activities for the residents .They really stay busy. Give Sapphire a chance with your loved one and see for yourself.

You have to acknowledge that when it comes to end-of-life care, it can be imperfect and messy at times. Many surprises and, even with the best planning, things can look different than expected. That is the story with my Aunt who I care for. She has ended up as a resident here and I have very little to complain about. I believe they are doing their best in the imperfect balances of life at this stage - I believe the new(er) management is working to make things better. I believe they care for the residents and have been responsive to feedback and questions. To have a place close to town, offering all that this place offers, has made me grateful that our path has brought us to the Sapphire. They are meeting the needs for where we are in the progression of my Aunt’s life.

I'm really happy with this place. My dad stayed here nearly 4yrs before I had to move him to a more advanced level of care. I can't thank the Executive Director, the nurses, the staff, and the lunch crew enough for the kindness they showed my father. His last 3-4 months were very difficult, and everyone stepped up in making sure he was taken care. They all went outside of the norm to help him and me both!

My parents have resided at the Sapphire for several months now. The caregivers do an amazing job with making sure that my parents are well taken care of! No complaints there! We’ve never had an issue with billing or the business manager. You can definitely tell that the staff really cares about the residents! The administrator is very responsive to messages. She addresses our concerns in a timely fashion. Communication is so important when it comes to the care our parents receive! The activity director really involves the residents We are so thankful that we moved my parents to the Sapphire!
