They explained everything. I was a nervous wreck Over the Hole when I situation that I required home health. When my weekly nurse came to care for me I was comfortable, she was very professional. Even though this was a bad situation they made it a lot easier for me and the weekly people that renewed my prescriptions for professional and very kind

The care we received was good although my father needed nursing, PT, OT, and speech therapy and they were not able to provide speech therapy so we needed to move to another agency. Please make sure you verify they have capacity to meet all your needs.

Am feeling a bit tired yet using energy to praise an outstanding group of caregivers. Each and every one from the office to at home therapists nurses and social worker worthy of praise. I wasn’t able “yet” to do all the exercises yet no one gave up on me. Two rounds of care and all I can say is GOOD.

As a nurse with over 15 years experience, including years in home health care, I was so so so pleased with the care for our mother post back surgery by Amedisys. Excellent communication from all staff regarding scheduling, clear goals set, homework to do on days when clinicians would not be visiting. Nurse Brian was lovely, warm and knowledgeable. And my mom’s experience with PT Mari was invaluable! All other team members were great too. Do what you can to keep these precious professionals on your team for years to come!

Very good experience with Amedisys. They are very prompt in responding to your needs, questions, appointments, and follow-ups. They explain what and how they will be assisting you. The Nurses and techs are all professional, friendly, helpful and compassionate. They help find solutions to assist you with your everyday needs. You couldn't ask for a better service than Amedisys to come into your home after a hospital or rehab stay.
