The register nurse was excellent that out for initial assessment. After that the LPN was just so unorganized, I had to ask her to clean the wound before rewrapping and she waited to contact my physician back the night before she would be off the next day knowing she was scheduled to come back on the day. The clinical manager was very unprofessional and told me I could remove my own wraps if they couldn’t wait until the following week but the order was for twice a week. When the physician contacted her she told a whole different story making like she was trying to avoid me having to pay out of pocket. My physician sent in an order for labs that was never drawn because the LPN didn’t want to draw them so she said she would next week which never happened. When the leadership is not doing her job then you cant be surprised. RN and OT were great!

Physical Therapist, Chris, from the Burlington, NC, office is TOP NOTCHED. I had the opportunity to coordinate care for a mutual client, and he was amazing. He spoke in a way that the client was able to understand, and he was very detailed!!

Amedisys Home Health Care came to my home following extensive back surgery. I needed monitoring of my BP and a physical therapy plan to gain more mobility and independence. Maurice was my therapist. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable and caring. He listened to my questions and concerns and supported me with assurances and encouragement. His exercises helped me become stronger and more confident that I was improving each day. I most definitely recommend this wonderful company. I give 5 stars times 2!! Joyce A
