Was inquiring for my parents in law. Found the lady working there very judgmental and didn't even give me a chance to finish talking. Literally half my sentences she'd cut off and made assumptions about our family that weren't true at all. Wondering if Paul V was referring to the same employee Mary. When she's gone, let me know and we'll consider having my family there again. Very rude. Very abrupt.

Shirly Hung had asked me to share our opinions about Rincon. We have had repeated issues including dishonesty from the administration, including Mary Daniels. She is aggressive dishonest and manipulative. Has a real mean streak. I have been reading other reviews also commenting about Mary's unacceptable behavior. If you have also experienced problems an Rincon, please share them. People deserve to know what the people residents here have to go through.

Everything Paul V said is true! I have a family member who has lived at Rincon for more than 10 years, and still lives there. The horrendous, taunting, verbal abuse and threat tactics used by Manager Mary Daniel's is appalling. She tells the senior residents to never complain because if they do they will be evicted. So many of the residence are afraid to report minor maintenance issues such as a toilet or sink needing to be looked at in fear of being evicted. Mary Daniel's is the most inhumane person that exists. There are many families who are afraid to come forward and speak up, who are still experiencing threats and verbal abuse from Mary. One family member parent/grandparent was in hospice and after the senior residents transitioned. Mary told them they must vacate/empty the apartment within 48 hours. Also she told them there were too many people and they were too noisy, during the time they were there to say goodbye to there loved one. This individual Mary Daniel's has no compassion and she manages by bullying the seniors at this location. This has been happening for years. And she is still to this day harassing seniors at this facility. She has been reprimanded many times. And she still won't stop. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO, OR HOW THE SENIORS CAN̈ GET HELP FROM BEING HARRASSED OR BULLIED BY MARY DANIEL'S ?

The administration staff here is horrendous. After my grandparents passed, they wanted us to move all their stuff out within 48 hours. Mind you, they lived there for over a decade. We received zero sympathy, remorse, helpful resources, nothing. The lady (wish I would’ve gotten her name) was so rude, pushy, and couldn’t careless that the patriarch and last living grandparent was gone. They even have people come to show the apartment while we were still cleaning it out. The general staff here is nice, but management/admin ad cold and callous. Please, keep yourself and your loved ones far away from this place.
