Horrible experience with them. Disorganized, unreliable, and frankly unqualified. Issues from day one. We fired them on day two. Between them not showing up when they say, to them trying to change a schedule the doctor set simply because they didn't want to come in on a Saturday. 🙄 The "nurse" that showed up, I believe John was his name, was unprepared at best. Negligent at worst. We needed them for wound care. John had nothing to do the job with and kept sending me for things like I was his helper. He wouldn't listen when we told him how my grandmother's doctor said to pack the wound. Even down to the bandage we used. I asked if he was familiar with that type of bandage, he said yes then proceeded to use it wrong. Twice. He also cut the packing so short that the packing DISSAPPEARED INSIDE MY GRANDMOTHER'S LEG! We had to call the wound specialist who told us to go to the hospital to have it safely found and removed. The actions of John and Amber health care landed my grandmother in the emergency room. Plus shut down and find a different profession. You're doing a disservice to nurses every where.
