As far as Senior Housing goes, Emerson at Rosemeade is a great place. They seem to listen to the residents to take care of issues quickly, there are no bugs and it smells good. However, they just increased the rent - which is to be expected for apartments. However, residents did agree to a reduction in the number of meals. Hopefully the powers that be will keep that in mind when it comes to any other increases. Most every resident is on a fixed income.

I have lived here over 5 years now and overall I am satisfied with the community and services. I have a courtyard view, which I love; and even though my studio apartment is small, it is all that I need. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for senior independent living.

My mother is a resident of Emerson at Rosemeade. I am happy with her place. The only thing I'm not happy with is the food service times. The final meal of the day is the noon meal. That is incredibly early to stop service. Many days she will sleep until then and miss the meal,

Emerson was an answer to my prayers. I needed something quickly to move out of rehab. My son checked it out and was very impressed. The staff and residents are very nice and friendly. The place is clean as well and taken care of. The food in the dining room has good days and not so good. But overall is good and they try to accommodate everyone's tastes. Problems have been few and taken care of as soon as possible. It is a very active community and they have a lot of activities. Also pet friendly.

My Mom moved to Emerson in July and everyone has been friendly and accommodating. The Manager Jade is very professional and listens to family concerns. The maintenance crew is quick to fix problems and they are renovating the community as promised upon move in. My Mom loves bingo. Thanks to Emerson's affordable rates, Mom can continue to have her own place. Overall, a good value.
