I regret not trusting my instincts about this company. When my mother received care through them, there were repeated issues with disrespect and neglect. Sadly, my own experience trying to work for them confirmed those concerns. I am a CNA with more than 15 years of experience. I was supposed to interview with someone named Brittney, but over several months I was repeatedly told she was out of the office or in meetings. I was assured multiple times that the interview would be rescheduled, but it never was. Eventually, I received an email stating they were moving forward with other candidates—despite never giving me an interview. This company lacks professionalism, organization, and respect for both clients and potential employees.
