I can’t say enough great things about Alton Memorial Rehab and Therapy. The administration team is incredibly organized, professional, and truly cares about the patients and their families. From the very beginning, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The nurses were absolutely amazing with my grandmother. They treated her with so much kindness, patience, and respect, and it gave our family real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve. The building itself was always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which made every visit comfortable. That level of cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, I highly recommend Alton Memorial Rehab and Therapy to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be treated with compassion and professionalism. I would absolutely trust them again with any of my family members.

This place is the pits! I’ve been a patient here for eight days now. They don’t answer your light. They bring you things on their time and they tell you that they can’t help right now because they’re busy doing something else. I waited an hour and 10 minutes to go to the restroom. When I ask for meds that are prescribed for me as needed I never and I repeat I never get that particular medication. They need to get rid of every single person that works here and start over. The nurses are rude, the aids ignore you and Therapy is hit and miss. I would not send my dog here.
