My visiting nurse, Jessica was excellent. She was always on time and very caring and polite. My Occupational Therapist, Jane Mazerall was a person I thought I may not need. I was mistaken! Jane was a big help teaching my how to move and care for myself. She also got me support items from the Senior Center in town such as a bed rail and a seat for the shower. She also taught me exercises to strengthen my body as I was recovering from surgery. Thanks to both of them. A+

Absolutely unprofessional! We were waiting for OT and PT to come Tuesday and nothing happened. No phone call no nothing. I called this morning (Wednesday 5/27) and asked to speak with a supervisor to ask for a discharge and they hung up on me. Tried calling again and the lady who picked up the phone was unprofessional asking me “what do I want” If I could go through that phone and handle business I would have but I calmed down left another voicemail and waited. Finally around 9ish supervisor called me back and I asked for my wife to be discharged so we can find another place to care for her with therapy. It’s 4pm now and her case manager told me they been going back And fourth and still haven’t gotten discharged so now we loose another day of no therapy! I wouldn’t trust this place if it was the last place on earth. Completely disgusting! Do better! People asking for these services already going through a lot to be dealing with this kind of attitude and care.

In the past two years my husband with TBI has been assigned 5 different Physical Therapists due to significant company turnarounds. It has been disruptive for him as he relies on consistent healthcare management for quality of care. It takes several treatments each time before he trusts them enough to cooperate. His therapy sessions were also decreased to 1x week.

Nancy Kamau has been excellent, extremely caring, gentle, thorough and supportive. She explains her process with my care and listens to my questions and answers honestly and with detail. She has been a vital part of my recovery. She is one in a million and I would recommend her highly as a VNA nurse. She’s 5 stars ⭐️!

First time using this company was a good experience, but perhaps the management changed. I personally spoke with the manager to arrange home health care for my mother. Initially, she was being belligerent about not providing the service without a prescription for both nursing and OT. After arguing this point, I told her to contact the surgeons office for the additional prescription they needed. One day later, she assured me she had everything she needed to proceed. Fast forward a few weeks in anticipation of the first appointment and no one calls or shows up. My mother called the office and they said they had no prescription for a home nurse. It's hopeless to argue with incompetent representatives. I asked my mother to cancel all requests, we'll be looking elsewhere for real care.
