The RN and assistant director of nurses Amanda was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and kind to the patient, and I am impressed with how she handled everything. You can tell she genuinely cares not just about doing her job, but about her residents too. It was refreshing to see someone in management at this facility who is so hands-on and compassionate with what they do

I haven’t gone to Alpine Meadow rehab. There was a question about my insurance being part of this facility, but I have a testimony of the Sara’s who are in the facility and who are miracle workers! I have had Sarah M for my physical therapy and I have had Sarah B for my occupational therapy in a different facility. They were amazing. They were so kind. They are so patient , so encouraging and so funny . They were so helpful and by the time I left the nursing home I was walking and I could make a complete fist with both of my hands. If you are lucky enough to have everything fit together with your life and your insurance go here.!! go where these two women are !! They are amazing at what they do and they won’t give up on you !!!

This is one of the nicest nursing homes I have ever seen and the staff are all really great and truly care. I have a friend staying at this one currently and everytime I come the people living here and staff are always smiling and are friendly. Nice natural light as well great feeling inside!

This is an excellent facility. Regardless of what others may say, the facts speak for themselves—just look at the Medicare data. This facility has earned a 5-star rating in quality measures, which means residents truly receive effective care. If you’re here for rehab, you’re likely to leave in better condition than when you arrived. I highly recommend this facility. The staff is compassionate, and the management genuinely cares about your overall experience during your stay.

Do not put anyone that you love here. The directors and some of the staff have been absolutely disgusting with my sister. I have witnessed first hand the maltreatment. I opened a case with adult protective services and Ombudsman over this. There are also police reports with WVCP. It's disgusting that they would outright lie to a patient, take her personal effects and then make false accusations against that person including falsification or official records. I have pictures of injuries sustained and after the criminal case is closed my family is going after the abusive staff civilly. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR FAMILY!!!
