This software operates in fraudulent ways and continues to charge your account after you’ve asked for the contract to end. After months of asking to cancel, they ignore your calls and emails and then send bills. There’s no “renewal process”. When you ask to cancel, they say that they will send you to the “retention” team that never actually happens. We are a small business and trust that companies will operate with integrity for their customers this assumption couldn't be further from reality. We will be contacting the attorney general for these erroneous practices. Kay, in billing, is the worse.
