I can’t say enough good things about ALOE and Greg who has been a tremendous help! I was discharged from rehab unexpectedly and because I had no one at home set up yet to help with home care, he jumped in and lined up someone right away for me. He also drove me from rehab to my home because I didn’t have enough time to arrange transportation. Besides that, he installed a vertical bar to help me since I could not place any weight on my surgical foot for at least two months, and because I’ve been in a wheelchair, he also removed a door for me to get in and out of the bathroom. In addition, he drove me to one of my doctor appointments saving me a great deal of money so I didn’t have to use a professional transport company. He periodically called me to make sure everything was going smoothly. He truly has been a lifesaver, and the person that is caring for me, Helen, has done a wonderful job. I don’t think you could find a better home care service than ALOE!

I truly do not know what our family would do without our Team at Aloe. My older sister has dementia & our goal is to keep her as safe & independent for as long as possible. Alexis, her caregiver, has been the perfect fit for my sis-navigating the challenging & ever changing situations with ease it seems. The team manager Clarissa has been just incredibly responsive & accommodating whenever we contact her. She knows exactly what is going on with my sis & in the facility where she lives. We could not be happier.

⸻ I am part of the case management team at a rehabilitation hospital and wanted to share my experience working with Clarissa at Aloe Home Care. I recently had a very complicated discharge involving a patient who had no family support and no assistance at home. I was extremely concerned about ensuring a safe transition. I reached out to Aloe Home Care regarding a paid caregiver, and after meeting Clarissa, I immediately recognized her genuine passion for patient care. Clarissa truly goes above and beyond. Not only did she ensure that this patient made it home safely, but when there was a delay with the insurance provider for durable medical equipment, she personally provided a wheelchair and walker to prevent any gap in care. I was honestly amazed by the level of assistance she offered for someone she had not even met before. In that moment, I knew I had placed my patient in the most caring and capable hands. Clarissa exemplifies compassion, dedication, and professionalism, and I would confidently recommend her services to anyone in need of quality home care support.

When I placed my husband into memory care, the facility required a dedicated caregiver for the first 72 hours after his arrival. This was an urgent and stressful situation, and Greg at Aloe Home Care stepped in immediately. He was able to accommodate our needs on very short notice and provided attentive, capable caregivers who closely monitored my husband and helped stabilize him during a critical transition period. Greg’s responsiveness, professionalism, and care made a difficult moment much more manageable. I’m very grateful for his support and highly recommend Aloe Home Care.

ALOE Home Care came to my rescue as soon as I contacted them. This was my first time using a home care service and I wasn't sure what to expect. My needs were met with dependable and compassionate caregivers who fulfilled my every need. I will definitely use ALOE again!
