Not happy with this place. Says one thing. Does another. So glad I don't have to have a family member go through this place anymore. Oh yeah. While my mother was there, they *the staff, decided to diagnose my mother with dementia. However the hospital with actual doctors, had no idea what they *the staff, were talking about. The doctors found no evidence of that claim. So angry with this place. Beware, people.

My Mom has been a resident for 4 months now at Heritage Health. She has received quality care from all areas within the Nursing home. She has even commented many times how well she is being taken care of. It has been an ease on my mind knowing she is being well taken care of. It's definitely not an easy job and the staff works long and hard hours. Thank you to all of the dedicated staff in helping to make a not so easy transition go smoothly. You are all hero's, especially during the last 1 1/2+ years of the pandemic.
